BCG Attorney Search seeks a litigation associate for its New York, NY office. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of litigation and/or clerkship experience and an interest in commercial, employment, trademark and other IP litigation matters.

The role offers opportunities to handle pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal across federal and state courts and arbitration, with a broad range of civil litigation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–3 years of litigation and/or clerkship experience.
• Interest in hands-on litigation work including depositions and oral arguments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs.
• Engage in discovery processes.
• Participate in oral advocacy and depositions.
• Contribute to trial practice and appeals.
