Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2–6 years of patent litigation experience to join the Litigation group in the Contested Matters department in New York, NY. You will prepare and try patent matters, manage case strategy, and collaborate with witnesses and experts in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with discovery and depositions, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of patent litigation experience in district courts and/or ITC.
• Experience drafting motions and briefs on patent issues.
• Experience with discovery management and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and try patent litigation matters.
• Manage case strategy, including all aspects of discovery.
• Collaborate with witnesses, including experts and fact witnesses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and court arguments.
• Analyze products and patents for infringement and invalidity.
