Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation cases, managing all phases from discovery to trial.
• Attend court conferences, hearings, and conduct depositions.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop case strategies, draft legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
