Job summary

Credit One Bank is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst II to receive, process, and fulfill research requests from the Legal department, using various bank systems and processes.

The role requires compiling account-level information, maintaining reports, and communicating with internal teams and outside vendors to support litigation activities. Strong communication, detail orientation, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with Credit One’s systems and processes (CAS, CASH, Accurint, CAPS, ANI Reports, FDR, ACH, eOscar, ACI, Remitco).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and ability to build interdepartmental and third-party relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management and deadline awareness.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive research requests from the Legal department.
• Maintain reports and logs to ensure timely fulfillment of research requests.
• Utilize Credit One systems to collect and synthesize account-level information for litigation support.
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to obtain required account information and documents.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to understand interdepartmental processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
