Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to provide consultation and technical support to legal teams, manage databases, vendor relationships, and technology-driven litigation solutions.

You will work with nationwide Litigation Support personnel, assess needs, deliver expert recommendations, and coordinate war rooms, graphics services, and courtroom technology for trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation support specialist, analyst, or project manager.
• Expertise in Relativity is required.
• Proficiency in document review tools is expected.
• Experience with predictive analytics is preferred.
• Experience with transcript management platforms such as Opus 2 is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude is needed.
• Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels.
