Job summary

Washington State Office of the Attorney General is seeking a Litigation Support Manager to lead electronic discovery services across the Torts Division in Tumwater, Seattle, Tacoma, or Spokane. The role emphasizes planning, coordinating, and managing litigation support technology and budgets.

You will supervise Paralegal 4 staff, advise on software/hardware, collaborate with the Division Chief, and help develop statewide policies and training for a large mission-driven legal workforce.

Qualifications

• A combination of 10 years of paralegal experience or equivalent supervisory experience in a legal setting.
• Proficiency with computerized litigation support systems and discovery workflows.
• Experience training others in discovery and trial processes including e-Discovery.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Paralegal 4 staff and ERP Paralegal 3 in the division.
• Evaluate and recommend software/hardware to meet statewide discovery needs.
• Provide expert-level consultation to attorneys, paralegals, and management.
• Develop policies and training for statewide Torts litigation support services.
