Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Relativity experience required.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Familiarity with e-discovery workflows and litigation support processes advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Must be able to follow established procedures and security protocols.
• Experience with vendors such as TransPerfect is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and develop additional litigation technology skills.

• Assist with the archiving and maintenance of Relativity workspaces
• Assist with departmental file-share cleanup and organizational projects
• Execute document decryption in accordance with firm and departmental security protocols
• Organize and maintain litigation-related data
• Follow established e-discovery, litigation support, and information security procedures
• Assist the Litigation Support Services team with additional projects as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Relativity experience – MUST HAVE
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment in a technical or litigation support capacity required
• Working knowledge of e-discovery workflows and litigation support processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow established procedures and security protocols
• Experience working for an e-discovery or litigation support vendor, such as TransPerfect, in an analyst or similar role is a plus
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in developing additional litigation technology skills
• Prior Relativity experience is more important than having a broad technical background
