Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to work with project managers and case teams on litigation matters, providing computerized support to help prepare and present cases efficiently. The role includes data management and review platform support under supervision of a Litigation Support Project Manager and/or Regional Manager.

This position can sit in any US office with a hybrid work schedule. You will assist with case management, data processing, and trial support, leveraging tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in litigation technology support including installation, configuration and maintenance of Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction.
• Proficiency in database management, searching, reporting, scanning, coding procedures and electronic discovery management.

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
• Creates and supports databases for a case including user accounts, access, review layouts and searches.
• Provides daily metrics of document reviews; generates data productions and performs quality control before production.
• Processes ESI for upload into data review platform.
• Assists attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom setup; provides court assistance as required.
• Assists with data import/exports and data manipulation as needed.
• Processes ESI using tools like Clearwell for data analysis.
• Targets ESI collection with Index Engineers; assists with collection as needed.
• Provides timelines and estimates to project manager for data processing.
• Assists in developing/maintaining best practices for the department.
• Other duties as assigned.
