  • Work on multiple cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Proofread material for contextual, grammatical, and formatting accuracy.
  • Summarize articles, reports, and witness statements.
  • Review documents for relevance according to guidelines.

Job Title: Litigation Support Analyst (DMA II)

The Opportunity

This position is located in the Fraud Section of the Department of Justice Criminal Division.

  • Works closely with the section's appellate attorneys on cases that have made it to the appellant courts.
  • Maintains appeal records, assemble briefs, and assist with preparation of training conferences.
  • Ideal opportunity for individual beginning a career in the legal field.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.

  • A knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, and hardware systems.
  • Deliver consistent high-quality work product in a deadline driven environment under extreme pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Curiosity in technology and data analytics
  • Familiarity with the Criminal Justice system.
  • Persistent, diligent attitude towards work assignments.
  • DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).

Pay Range

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.

Minimum Required Hourly Wage

$28.45
