LEGACY LEGAL RECRUITING LLC is seeking an experienced attorney to step into a Litigation Supervisor role within its family defense practice. This role focuses on mentoring attorneys, developing litigation strategy, and leading interdisciplinary teams in high-volume environments.

The ideal candidate will have substantial family law, immigration, or criminal defense experience and a strong commitment to shaping legal outcomes for vulnerable families. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor attorneys with varying levels of experience
• Provide litigation strategy and case guidance in complex family court matters
• Help attorneys strengthen trial, negotiation, advocacy, and case-management skills
• Conduct performance reviews and professional development coaching

An established and highly respected public-interest legal organization is seeking an experienced attorney to step into a Litigation Supervisor role within its family defense practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned attorney with experience in Family Law, Immigration Law, Criminal Defense, or other high-volume litigation environments who enjoys mentoring attorneys, developing litigation strategy, and leading interdisciplinary teams while continuing to influence complex and meaningful cases.

Ideal Background

We welcome attorneys from a variety of litigation backgrounds, including:

• Family Law


• Immigration Law


• Criminal Defense


• Housing Litigation

• Legal Aid / Public Interest Practice

Successful candidates typically bring:

• 4+ years of family court experience, or


• 7+ years of litigation experience representing vulnerable or underserved populations


• Strong courtroom advocacy and case-management skills


• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities


• A passion for mentoring and developing attorneys


• Experience managing complex caseloads and high-stakes matters


• Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

$120,500 - $144,700
