Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support attorneys handling complex civil defense, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and appellate matters. This role provides comprehensive legal and administrative support throughout all phases of litigation, including document preparation, Arizona court filings, calendaring, trial support, and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment.
This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from $70,000–$105,000 annually depending on experience for direct hire candidates, or a competitive hourly rate for contract-to-hire candidates, along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, generous paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a flexible hybrid work environment.
