The Bronx is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys in a fast-paced civil practice. The role focuses on calendaring, deadlines, filings, document preparation, and keeping the team organized and on track.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation support, strong knowledge of court rules, and proficiency with MS Office and e-filing.
Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys within a fast-paced civil litigation practice. This is a true Legal Assistant role focused on calendaring, court deadlines, filings, document preparation, and keeping attorneys organized and on track. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to independently manage competing priorities while supporting a busy litigation team.
This opportunity offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $70,000–$100,000 depending on experience. Candidates with extensive litigation legal assistant experience supporting multiple attorneys may be considered toward the top of the compensation range.
