Job summary

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school required.
Minimum of two years of professional litigation experience.
Working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure.
Must reside in or relocate to the commuting area of San Diego, California before beginning employment.
Active state bar admission is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research involving federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Assist with drafting legal memoranda, briefs, and correspondence for attorney review.
Support docketing, calendaring, case tracking, and management of deadlines.
Brief attorneys on relevant facts, issues, and research findings.
Organize and maintain accurate case-related information and documents.
Support litigation-related case preparation and administrative requirements.
