Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in marketing and/or business development in a professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of marketing and BD initiatives for practice goals.
• Summarize competitive intelligence for client-driven initiatives.
• Prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with BD team and lawyers on pitches, proposals, and credentials.
• Update CRM records and pull reports or dashboards as needed.
• Coordinate client events, webinars, and sponsorships, including RSVPs and follow-ups.
• Assist with onboarding activities from a BD/marketing perspective.
• Support budget tracking and administrative coordination for marketing expenses.
