Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related legal work experience.
• Strong litigation knowledge including trial procedures and filing in various jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with Relativity, PACER/CM/ECF, Westlaw, Lexis, and other litigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of court rules and civil procedures in State and Federal jurisdictions; e-filing experience.
• Support all aspects of trial preparation and logistics.
• Conduct internet research using Lexis and Westlaw; obtain court dockets.
• Assemble binders for filings; manage client files and attachments.
• Handle intake process from conflicts check to client/matter number creation.
• Prepare subpoenas, scheduling stipulations, motions, and templates.
• Edit and proofread documents; ensure accuracy and formatting.
