The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a robust track record in complex litigation, and a drive for client development and mentoring.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 8+ years of litigation experience across employment law, land use, education law, cannabis law, corporate & business litigation, government-related litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation.
• Proven track record in litigation including trial experience.
• Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent client service orientation and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong business development skills to attract new clients.
• High ethical standards and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
• Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Providing sound legal advice on complex matters and litigation risks.
• Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborating with partners, associates, and staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Staying updated on developments in the law and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Participating in business development to attract new clients and expand the firm’s client base.
