Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 8+ years of experience in litigation with broad practice areas.
• Proven track record of success, including trial experience.
• Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters across employment, land use, education, cannabis, corporate and government-related cases.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Provide sound legal advice on complex matters and litigation risk.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Stay updated on legal developments and share knowledge with the team.
