Qualifications

• Must be a CA licensed attorney with an active CA Bar membership.
• At least a $400K book of business in one or more target practice areas.
• Ability to manage high-stakes litigation and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value client matters.
• Supervise junior attorneys and support staff while maintaining billable targets.
• Drive business development and client retention to expand practice revenue.
