Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a Philadelphia-based law firm in finding a Litigation Defense Partner. This role focuses on high-level defense litigation with an emphasis on client relations and mentoring associates.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Pennsylvania license is required, New Jersey a plus. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 with bonuses and full benefits.

A reputable and rapidly growing Philadelphia-based law firm is looking to hire a Litigation Defense Partner to join its busy practice. This position does not require a book of business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 8 years of litigation experience (with some defense experience)
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• The ability to work collaboratively
• The ability to make a strong impression on clients
• The desire to help associates develop
• License to practice law in Pennsylvania (New Jersey a plus)

*This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $160,000-$200,000 (depending on experience) with bonuses and full benefits (401k, medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability)
