Active PA license is required; NJ bar admission is a plus. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception to resolution, taking/deposing, court appearances, and drafting motions and pleadings to respond to discovery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in PA.
• NJ bar admission is a plus.
