Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Trust & Estates, Business paralegal or related experience.
• Experience with Simplifile.
• Experience with Colorado Courts E-Filing system.
• Experience in filing documents with the Colorado Secretary of State’s office.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong review and proofreading of legal documents.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with electronic trial management software preferred.
• Ability to manage up to attorneys to ensure deadlines are met.
