Job summary

Qualifications

• Paralegal with estate planning or fiduciary experience preferred.
• Experience in corporate work or litigation is a plus.
• Strong document management and drafting skills.
• Familiarity with client meetings and document execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting estate planning documents and related deeds.
• Prepare closing binders and electronic transcripts.
• Assist with corporate and court filings and tax IDs.
• Support client communications and billing processes.
• Maintain secure file sharing and document management.
