Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a high-performing team handling complex Personal Injury litigation, with a focus on trucking and general negligence matters. This onsite contract role offers possible extension and potential for permanent hire for the right candidate.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Experience supporting litigation from filing through trial and resolution.
• Expert knowledge of federal court procedures and e-filing.
• Experience with high-value cases (six to seven figures).
• Strong drafting, time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft petitions, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with accuracy.
• Support attorneys from initial filing through trial and resolution.
• Assist with trial prep, including exhibits and witness materials.
• Maintain organized electronic case files and current documentation.
• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests.
• Track court deadlines and milestones; ensure timely filings.
• Coordinate case documentation for hearings, depositions, and trial.
• Communicate with clients and staff throughout the litigation process.
