Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Florida seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our trial teams. You will work closely with attorneys, prepare documents, and manage discovery and filing tasks to help win cases.

This on-site role requires strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task under deadlines. Experience in personal injury or related practice areas is a plus; a paralegal program or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in personal injury, WC, premises, or similar areas preferred.
• Associate degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and memos.
• E-file court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, court, and counsel.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits.
• Assist with case settlements and other attorney tasks.
