Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Applicable knowledge of litigation documentation and court rules.
• Type no less than 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
