Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Indianapolis to support attorneys with ongoing cases and trial preparation. You will handle fact-finding, maintain case files, and manage critical document workflows.

Responsibilities include calendaring, depositions, e-filing in state and federal courts, and drafting legal documents. Strong organization and communication are essential in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Personal Injury experience preferred
• E-filing in state and federal courts preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Teamwork oriented

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties.
• Maintain attorney’s calendar.
• Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, meetings, meditations, hearings.
• Document management using Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe.
• E-file legal documents in Indiana’s E-Portal System.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences.
• Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
• Send out correspondence via email, mail, or certified mail.
• Communicate with clients.
• Set up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings.
