Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work with attorneys on ongoing cases and trial preparation. You will conduct fact-finding and maintain all case files, supporting a fast-paced litigation team.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of paralegal experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and proficiency with case management software and MS Office. Normal hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years paralegal experience.
• Full-time, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, M-F.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
• First-party property or general litigation experience.
• Experience with case management software.
• Experience e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform paralegal and secretarial duties.
• Document management with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Draft legal court documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
• Communicate with clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
