Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Richmond. You will work closely with our attorneys, providing critical support before, during, and after trials. The role offers real-world exposure to trial preparation and case management.

The position emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years litigation experience required.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, legal memoranda.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court.
• Communicate with clients, court, counsel and others.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Prepare discovery documents and responses.
• Coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions and appellate documents.
• Perform administrative duties (calendaring hearings and deadlines, organize case files).
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
