Job summary

DBL Law seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Louisville, Kentucky team. The role supports supervising attorneys to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client service. A client-first approach guides daily activities across case preparation, discovery, and court filings.

Candidates should have paralegal credentials (Bachelor’s preferred) and strong skills in document management, MS Office, and legal research. Teamwork and confidentiality are essential in our firm environment.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or degree or equivalent legal support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PDF management tools, and matter file maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing client work including closings, hearings, and trials.
• Manage deadlines, organize files, and track time and billing.
• File and retrieve court documents electronically for State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts.
• Assist with trial presentations and client communications; maintain confidentiality.
