Job summary

You will support trial lawyers in civil litigation across intake, discovery, motions, and trial preparation, handling documents, pleadings, and case files with meticulous attention to deadlines.

Collaboration with attorneys and staff is essential to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in drafting, formatting, and organizing litigation materials.
• Experience reviewing documents, summarizing evidence, and maintaining case files.
• Research using online databases to support pleadings and motions.
• Ability to assemble, proofread, file, and track deadlines for pleadings.
• Knowledge of Texas state and federal civil litigation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with professionalism.
• Experience with paralegal software and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support trial lawyers across intake, discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Prepare and organize legal documents and exhibits for hearings.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
