Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; legal software experience a plus but not required.
• Interest in civil litigation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with day-to-day case management for civil defense litigation matters.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Draft and proofread routine legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under supervision.
• Assist with discovery requests and responses, document review, and production.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Perform court filings and monitor deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed.
