  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

  • Coordinate witness interviews, expert disclosures, and trial preparation.
  • Support attorneys with case strategy, document management, and litigation support functions.

Litigation Paralegal (Mid-Senior Level)

Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Litigation Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. This role will work closely with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation and resolution. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Trial preparation and courtroom support experience.
  • Experience with Relativity, iManage, Westlaw, LexisNexis, CaseMap, or similar litigation support platforms.
  • Employment, commercial, insurance defense, products liability, or business litigation experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of state and federal court procedures, e-filing requirements, discovery management, trial preparation, and case management. Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating document productions, managing litigation deadlines, and preparing deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial materials is highly desired. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced law firm environment. Strong proficiency with legal technology, document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and litigation support platforms such as Relativity, iManage, Westlaw, or LexisNexis is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing outstanding attorney and client support are essential. A Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
