TECHEAD in Wilmington, DE seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all stages of complex commercial litigation, with a strong focus on federal and state e-filing, eDiscovery, and trial preparation. The role requires meticulous document handling, file management, and coordination with IT and outside vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in corporate or commercial litigation, expert CM/ECF e-filing experience, and hands-on eDiscovery platform proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with state and federal CM/ECF e-filing systems.
• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery review platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Concordance, or similar).
• Proficiency in litigation support tools (TextMap, CaseNotebook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, TrialDirector).
• Advanced command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Prepare, file, and cite-check pleadings, motions, briefs, and documents in state and federal courts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local court rules and filing deadlines.
• Monitor court dockets and manage electronic service of documents.
• Oversee end-to-end eDiscovery workflow including holds, collection, processing, review, and production.
• Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Serve as liaison between legal teams, IT, eDiscovery vendors, and opposing counsel tech staff.
• Draft, track, and manage written discovery requests and subpoenas.
