Talent Acquisition LLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its Delaware office to support attorneys in all phases of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm litigation experience, strong knowledge of court procedures and electronic filing requirements, and the ability to independently manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of law firm litigation experience.
• College degree and/or recognized paralegal certificate.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF and Delaware electronic filing systems.
• Experience handling multiple phases of litigation and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from case initiation to trial.
• Organize pleadings, discovery materials, and court filings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Electronically file court documents using CM/ECF and Delaware e-filing systems.
• Maintain case calendars and deadlines.
• Assist with deposition preparation and trial logistics.
• Coordinate materials for depositions, hearings, motions, and trials.
• Support discovery and e-discovery including ESI.
• Track requests, responses, and productions.
• Maintain organized discovery files and review workflows.
