Job summary

Rubenstein Law in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all litigation stages from discovery to trial. The role requires excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a litigation paralegal role and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and court filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm (preferably personal injury).
• Bilingual English/Spanish beneficial for client communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook; familiarity with firm technology and e-filing.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload from initial filing through trial and post-trial.
• Draft and file pleadings and discovery in state and federal court.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses; liaise with opposing counsel and court staff.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and deadlines; maintain attorney calendars.
