Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $35-$50 hourly DOE

This is a recruiter-posted position.

Our plaintiff personal injury law firm client in Los Angeles, CA is hiring for a remote Paralegal with 2+ years of experience with California personal injury litigation cases and bilingual English/Spanish client communications to support the attorney within their expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in discovery by drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas, and by reviewing documents produced by opposing counsel
• Track deadlines, court dates, and other key timelines using Filevine and other tools
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, witnesses and court personnel
• Draft and review legal documents—including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses—and prepare witness statements and deposition summaries
• Organize and update electronic case files and assist with remote court filings
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations
• Summarize research findings and assist in calculating potential settlements and preparing settlement agreements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of California personal injury litigation experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of California civil procedure and local court rules
• Demonstrated experience managing PI cases through all phases of litigation
• Strong attention to deadlines, detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Filevine highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent preferred
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent preferred
