Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' paralegal experience.

• In-office full-time role, Monday–Friday.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint; e-filing experience.

Responsibilities

• Calendar meetings and court appearances
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff
• E-filing for state and federal courts
• Oversee service of process
• Liaise between Litigation Department head and associates
• Assist with legal research
• Draft legal documents
• Handle discovery responses
• General admin and matter file maintenance
• In-person attendance at courthouses
