Wilson Kehoe Winingham LLC seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Indiana. You will assist attorneys in all litigation stages, draft pleadings, manage case files, and prepare trial materials.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule proceedings, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Experience as a litigation paralegal with medical malpractice preferred.
• Certificate or degree in paralegal studies.
• Proficient with document management and court filing systems (Odyssey and Pacer).
• Strong administrative, phone, and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to move cases forward efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial prep.
• Manage and organize case files using CloudLex and other systems.
• Prepare medical review panel submissions with the attorney.
• Gather information to support case prep and ensure timely progression.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and related materials.
• Coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials with all parties.
