Litigation Paralegal - Mass Actions & Discovery

Job summary

Elevate is recruiting Paralegals to join a dedicated ElevateNext team handling mass actions for our customer. Paralegals will support ElevateNext's Senior Litigator and Senior Paralegal, along with lead counsel, outside firms, and in-house teams on voluminous filings with tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have extensive litigation experience in class or mass actions, or high-volume litigation. Strong MS Office skills and comfort with AI/technology are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years litigation experience in-house or with a law firm.
• Strong experience in litigation, ideally class or mass actions.
• Experience in labor and employment law is highly preferred.
• Experience using technology in a highly process oriented, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Track discovery deadlines and compliance.
• Manage discovery responses, objections, and supplements.
• Provide large-scale support for discovery motions, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment.
• Finalize, file and service of motions.
• Coordinate service of pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery.
• Track proof of service/waiver and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare documents for filing.
• Monitor dockets and notify in-house teams of updates.
• Manage filing deadlines and court notices.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Manage deposition notices and confirmations.
