Job summary

CAROLINA LEGAL ASSOCIATES is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation across a diverse docket, with a focus on strategic document review, discovery management, and case evaluations.

You will draft discovery responses, prepare exhibits for motions and depositions, manage discovery timelines, and coordinate with senior counsel across multiple practice groups. Occasional travel for trials or hearings may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Proven drafting, exhibit preparation, and heavy document review workflows.
• Prior exposure to IP, antitrust, or government contract litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee high-level document review management for complex discovery.
• Draft comprehensive discovery responses, requests, and related litigation documents.
• Prepare detailed, well-organized exhibits for motions, depositions, and hearings.
• Manage discovery timelines, trial preparation assets, and appellate support.
• Work with senior counsel across multiple practice groups to provide project management and case strategy support.
