Qualifications

• Mastery of e-filing procedures and advanced proficiency in legal research.
• Ability to spot inconsistencies in discovery and anticipate litigation phases.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills for professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize discovery requests, responses, and motions.
• Lead the e-discovery process, managing document review and tagging.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials with all necessary materials.
• Manage electronic filing and maintain communication with court staff.
• Track and manage billable hours diligently.
