• Transportation Defense: review CMV evidence, driver logs, safety records and telematics.
• Accurate Time Capture: document daily billable time per insurance guidelines.
• Case Management & Pleadings: draft discovery requests, responses, subpoenas and pleadings; manage document reviews.
• Docketing & Filings: track deadlines and file documents in Louisiana and federal courts.
