The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance defense litigation, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with LexisNexis, to ensure timely, accurate work in a billable-hour environment. Hybrid remote option offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in billable-hour environments and time-entry compliance.
• Ability to manage attorney calendars and dockets.
• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through all phases of insurance defense matters from inception to trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.
• Manage large volumes of documents including medical and employment records.
• Coordinate deposition materials and schedules.
• Track discovery deadlines and court dates.
• Maintain accurate billable time entries per guidelines.
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel and court personnel.
• Support additional assignments as needed.
