Qualifications

• 2+ years of toxic tort defense litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery in complex litigation matters.
• Experience preparing deposition and medical record summaries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a high-volume practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal technology and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation support in toxic tort matters.
• Draft, organize, and respond to discovery.
• Prepare deposition summaries and medical record summaries.
• Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation.
• Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of case documents.
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and legal professionals throughout the litigation process.
