Job summary

Jobot seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support its business litigation practice in a hybrid role based in Florida. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience and a track record of longevity, offering long-term stability in a firm that invests in its people.

You will meet with attorneys, manage discovery, draft motions, organize case files, and assist with trial preparation, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote after the initial 90 days in office.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or degree required.
• Florida and federal court procedures knowledge.
• Experience across all stages of litigation.
• E-discovery software experience (Relativity, Summation).

Responsibilities

• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals on cases.
• Draft motions, affidavits, and discovery.
• Research statutes, regulations, case law, and provide written analysis.
• Manage discovery including drafting responses and organizing documents.
• Prepare and maintain case files and exhibits.
• Assist with trial preparation, including attending trials.
• Oversee case file organization and Case Management Spreadsheets.
