Job summary

KSP Law is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Kenmore, WA with 2–4 years of civil litigation experience to support insurance defense matters. You will organize files, manage discovery, and assist attorneys from inception through trial in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The role is full-time, in-office with potential for hybrid scheduling after onboarding; ABA-accredited paralegal certificate is required, and a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited program required.
• 2+ years of paralegal experience in litigation preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation from investigation through trial.
• Organize and manage case files, review documents, and production.
• Summarize medical records, depositions, and discovery responses.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain litigation calendars and ensure timely filings.
