Wanta Thome PLC seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to drive case momentum. You will prepare pleadings, discovery, and case-development work, keeping clients informed through challenging phases and spotting issues early to avoid delays.

Requires 2+ years in litigation Paralegal work; employment-law exposure is helpful but not required. The role offers remote, hybrid, or in-office options with a teamwork-forward culture and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in litigation (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong legal writing with attention to detail.
• Project-management mindset to juggle multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, and mediation statements with light attorney revision.
• Build the strategic core of each file: fact chronologies, deposition summaries, document indexes, witness profiles.
• Lead client fact-gathering calls and respond to routine client questions with empathy and clear boundaries.
• Monitor case status and deadlines; raise solutions proactively.
• Maintain case information in the firm’s systems for team visibility.
