Qualifications

• 3-5 years of defense litigation paralegal experience required.
• Civil litigation and/or employment litigation experience required.
• Must successfully pass a background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assists attorneys with the preparation of civil cases for trial.
• Obtains, reviews, analyzes, and summarizes legal documentation.
• Manages the discovery process and conducts records management.
• Keeps accurate time records and meets a 1,650 annual billable hours requirement.
