• Coordinate internal execution workflows using Docusign, SharePoint, and related platforms.
• Organize and maintain legal department document repositories and provide end-user support on internal systems.
• Conduct training sessions on litigation management tools and department processes.
• Liaise with global head office, ensuring timely collaboration on coordinated assignments

The Litigation Paralegal, General Litigation provides litigation and legal support across a broad spectrum of uninsured litigation matters (e.g., employment litigation, commercial disputes) in the U.S. and Canada. The Litigation Paralegal acts as a centralized legal resource, ensuring responsiveness to legal inquiries, compliance tracking, cross-border coordination, and departmental organization while serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Support uninsured litigation, including subpoenas, discovery requests, document review, and matter tracking.
