• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• At least 3 years of litigation work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions and depositions.
• Assist trial preparation and document management.
• Calendar management for a minimum of four attorneys.
• Maintain organized documentation and compliance with client requirements.
